Road Ravens: Young Hopes

On the way we find
Our dreams are tied to the ground
All the living inside us
Soon passed away and the killer smiles

Worthless reasons, worthless dreams
When we're old
Someday understanding the words
Written on our gravestones

Come rain, come freezing winter
Come drought, evaporate away
'Cause we still have our young hopes
Maybe man is never getting old

There's a child standing
Tall between the desert oaks
And the trees are living
Though the land is hard, everything grows

I want to see the future, I want to
See beyond the skyline
Soon the people like us
Will run into the night

Come rain, come freezing winter
Come drought, evaporate away
'Cause we still have our young hopes
Maybe man is never getting old
