Kill the tree, hack it down
for us to see it´s misery
the end of green, into twilight

Crown it just like our king
decorate to show our vengeful thoughts
for the man who began this all
no-one remembers anymore

What do we celebrate for?
The son of god... or a habit?
Commercial snowball tradition!

So kill the tree, let it bleed
tear it down for us to see
and just to feel superior!
The death of green must we see
before this race sinks into eternity?

Or do we long for our roots
the sunrise of life?
The hell with past!
Toast to polluted future!
My death is fast,
all my painless life it shall last.
