She came under fire earlier this week during her 'awkward' fashion segment, during which she mixed up the models' names was branded 'monotone' and 'dull' by viewers.

And Millie Mackintosh bravely made a second appearance on ITV's Lorraine on Friday, this time joining forces with The Saturdays' Frankie Bridge to discuss the latest denim trends.

The 28-year-old star put in a valiant effort and seemed much more bubbly and enthusiastic, smiling and injecting more personality into her comments.

However, Millie's presentation was unfortunately still slammed by viewers, who likened the stunner to 'watching paint dry' and 'plain ham sandwich' .

One Twitter user wrote: 'Millie Mackintosh @ITVLorraine like watching paint dry #lorraine', while another shared, '#GMB Millie Mackintosh, personality of a dead fish' and a third wrote, 'Millie Mackintosh with all the charisma of a plain ham sandwich there'

Another lamented: '#lorraine @millsmackintosh awful. zero credibility, warmth, charisma. Another bizarre choice from the @GMB pick and mix of awful presenters'.

Others were more encouraging, rooting for Millie to deliver a 'less wooden' appearance - and seemed pleasantly surprised.

Another said: 'OK... so Millie is back on #Lorraine and she seems a little less wooden... Someone obviously had a word after her last cringe appearance!'

A third noted her bubblier persona, joking, 'Looks like Millie has cheered herself up after the feedback from her last appearance #lorraine'.

During the fashion segment, Millie and Frankie discussed the pros and cons of ripped jeans and whether they were appropriate for women of every age.

A photo of Kim Kardashian flashed up onscreen, showing the American TV personality in extreme ripped denim.

While Frankie confessed she wouldn't wear the jeans herself, she said: 'The Kardashians, they can wear whatever they want. They're out with no tops on sometimes! Anything goes with those guys.'

This comes after Millie flashed her engagement ring on Tuesday's edition of Lorraine, blushing as host Christine Lampard forced her to show off her sizable rock for the first time.

The TV star was putting in an appearance to present the show's fashion segment, but was unfortunately savaged by viewers on Twitter.
