Why It Matters: Perhaps it's the way Negga is posing in Welch's Instagram photo (seen below, right) or the way she wears every outfit with such confidence, but her latest look has her appearing cool as hell. The pinstripe suit — a Hollywood classic seen on everyone from Scarface's Tony Montana (Al Pacino) to Marlene Dietrich to Madonna — gets a modern upgrade in a strapless jumpsuit silhouette with detachable sleeves. The look was designed by Monse co-founders Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim, who are emerging as new power players in the Hollywood dressing scene (see: Thandie Newton at the Golden Globes).

The Extras: The black-and-white look is punched up with a pair of fiery red suede peep-toe Christian Louboutin sandals and a Louis Vuitton handbag. Negga's cherry red pout, painted on by makeup artist Melanie Inglessis, rounds out the bold evening look.
